Lorna Hughes has taught at the University of Southern Maine since 1997 and the University of Maine at Farmington since 1999. Before coming to the University of Maine system, she taught at Colby College. Until 2015 she taught adult literacy in adult education and previously in the “New Books, New Readers” and the “Let’s Talk About It” programs sponsored by the Maine Humanities Council.
