Michael is originally from Connecticut and began work at the University of Southern Maine in 2025 as an Academic Advisor. Michael advises Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Technology, and Art majors.
Michael completed his B.A. in Studio Art at Clark University and his M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration at Suffolk University. He has spent the last 15 years working in university and non-profit settings, including work in student housing, fundraising, and museum administration.
Outside of work, you’ll find Michael sampling the cultural events Portland has to offer, drawing when possible, and hibernating through Maine winters with his dog Pablo.
