Monique Roy

Monique Roy is a passionate educational professional with a background in leadership development, program improvement, and adult learning. With a master’s degree in Leadership Studies and a certificate of advanced graduate study in Adult Learning/Human Resource Development, Monique works to empower individuals and teams through teaching and coaching. 

She is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Central Maine Healthcare as well as adjunct faculty at the University of New England and the University of Southern Maine. She also enjoys travel, biking, and exploring the world.
