Phoebe joined the Catherine Cutler Institute as an Administrative Specialist for Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN) in September 2020. In June 2023 Phoebe transitioned roles to become the MRTQ PDN Statewide Communications and Logistics Coordinator.
