Phoebe Harris

As the Statewide Communications and Logistics Coordinator at Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN), Phoebe leads and coordinates all communications strategies, both internally and externally, to support early childhood and out-of-school time professional development across Maine. Phoebe oversees the design and execution of communication initiatives, including website management, content creation, social media engagement, and the development of all outgoing reports and newsletters. Phoebe also manages special projects, collaborates with state agencies, and ensures that messaging from MRTQ PDN is clear, consistent, and impactful for a wide range of stakeholders.

Phoebe’s communication goals for MRTQ PDN include building brand awareness and recognition, enhancing the accessibility of early childhood education (ECE)and out-of-school time (OST)-related information, and promoting the growth and development of the community for ECE & OST providers across the state of Maine.
