Rebecca Gibbons, PhD

Professor Gibbons is the author of the new book The Hegemon’s Tool Kit: US Leadership and the Politics of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Regime, which is published by Cornell University Press (2022).  Her most recent journal articles are “Durable institution under fire? The NPT confronts emerging multipolarity” coauthored with Stephen Herzog in Contemporary Security Policy (Vol. 43, No. 1, 2022; link to the open access article) and “Twenty-five years safer?
