He has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Keene State College and a Master’s degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University. He became a Resident Assistant (RA) while an undergrad at Keene State College and found he really enjoyed helping others navigate the challenges students face while pursuing a higher education degree. Roland has worked in Residential Life in live-on roles at Roger Williams University in Bristol Rhode Island, Wheaton College in Norton Massachusetts, Arizona State University in Tempe, and Mesa and USM for a total of 20 years in higher education. He continues to be inspired every day by the students and is grateful to play a small part in their journey. Roland is looking forward to a new challenge and is very excited to work with TRIO College Programs.
