Ryan Tuttle is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts. He began his academic journey as an adult learner, earning his associate’s degree from Quinsigamond Community College before transferring to Worcester State University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Psychobiology. He went on to pursue his doctorate at the University of New Hampshire, focusing on topics such as addiction, stress, spatial cognition, and behavior analysis. He also has a special interest in invertebrate learning and cognition, and he incorporates giant insects into his teaching to bring psychological concepts to life in a hands-on and engaging way.
