Samantha Blair is the Assistant Clinical Faculty member in Educational and School Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist and holds the National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP). In her role she works with the university and schools throughout Maine to create high-quality training experiences for USM students and oversees the school psychology field training sequence.
Samantha received her PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District just outside of Houston, Texas. Her postdoctoral training was with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, Davis MIND Institute. Her professional interests include the supervision, training, and professional development of school psychologists and promoting a comprehensive model of service delivery.
