He performs the first review of all MHRT applications and keeps track of where all applications are in the process. He maintains all certification records and serves as the Center for Learning’s webmaster.
In addition, he is a staff member of the University of Southern Maine’s Research Service Center. He is the Concur (travel portal) cost object approver (travel approver) for all Catherine Cutler Institute and Muskie School staff.
Scott has been with Muskie School of Public Service and Catherine Cutler Institute since 1998 providing administrative support in Augusta for the state’s adult mental health workforce.
In the winter, when a storm is approaching, people turn to Scott to find out if we’ll have a snow day due to his educational background.
