Sharon Ross has a background in journalism, marketing, and communications and teaches part-time for the University of Maine System. At the University of Southern Maine, she primarily teaches academic writing, journalism, and public relations. Her Alma Maters include Riverside City College, California State University San Bernardino, and University of Southern Maine, where she earned a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. She worked full-time while earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She has bylines in Mini-Skirt Magazine, Pacific Review, Lake Effect, The San Bernardino Sun, CalCPA Magazine, Portland Press Herald’s Raising Maine, AAA Northern New England Journey, and Mindful Magazine.
