Mr. Egeland is a Research Analyst at the Catherine Cutler Institute at the University of Southern Maine. He is a core member of the Substance Use Research & Evaluation unit where his work focuses on qualitative evaluation activities. He also manages transcription subcontracts, curates and maintains a repository of data collection instruments, and gathers supporting documents for literature reviews and legislative summaries to facilitate the completion of mixed-methods evaluation research projects.
