Mr. Egeland supports organizations across Northern New England in program planning, development, and evaluation, with a focus on community needs assessments and routine outcome monitoring. Through the Maine Opioid Settlement Support Center, he provides consultation, resources, and evidence-based technical assistance to entities throughout Maine receiving opioid settlement funds. He also leads the development of statewide data dashboards that promote public transparency around the use and impact of those funds.
