Some groups of alumni are especially active and supportive of one another following graduation. Don’t miss out on these wonderful opportunities to stay connected with your peers and classmates!

Emerging Leaders and Young Professionals

Our alumni group for emerging leaders and young professionals serves the needs of those who have graduated in the last ten years. We hold social and networking events regularly to facilitate connections between our alumni.

Gorham Alumni

Graduates of Gorham Normal School, Gorham State Teachers College, and Gorham State College, are a proud group of alumni who spent their college years on the Gorham campus.  Most graduates, often recruited by schools from across Maine and New England, pursued careers in education as teachers, principals, coaches and guidance counselors.  Each year classmates gather for an annual summer reunion to reconnect and reminisce about their shared college experience and their lives since graduation.

Muskies have helped build and preserve Maine, are making tremendous differences across fields, and hold important leadership and policy positions statewide. The Muskie Alumni Association connects Muskie alumni with each other and current students. Visit the Muskie Alumni Association to learn more.

Stonecoast Alumni

The Stonecoast Alumni Association helps alumni stay connected through organized retreats and readings and connects alumni with opportunities such as panel presentations at residencies and readings at major literary conferences. Virtual and physical alumni peer writing groups, and social media channels such as the Friends of Stonecoast Facebook group and the Stonecoast Community Blog, also help maintain the spirit of community and collaboration formed during Stonecoast residencies so that it can grow and flourish as alumni move into the wider literary world.
