I, the undersigned Donor, hereby unconditionally and irrevocably give, transfer, convey, and assign to the University of Maine System, acting by and through the University of Southern Maine (herein “University”), as a gift, all rights (including copyrights as described below), title and interests in, to and associated with each of the following items:

I understand and agree that the University shall hereafter have full power and authority to manage, use, display, conserve, locate, retain, catalogue, preserve, transfer, convey, give, sell, dispose of and otherwise deal with the donated items as the University sees fit in the University’s discretion in accordance with University policies and procedures.
