Any faculty or staff member interested in joining IDEC is more than welcome to do so! Members typically choose a committee to join with fellow IDEC members. These committees are committed to work in areas that address areas in Policy, Hiring & Retention, Curriculum, and more.

IDEC Student Fellows

Taking charge of IDEC’s Student Experience Committee, these undergraduate and graduate students steer campus forums and initiatives, engage in intercultural program planning, and work directly with University leadership, advocating for the needs of students and the wider community.
