The Muskie School of Public Service proudly congratulates the graduating Class of 2026 and celebrates the accomplishments of nearly 100 students who earned Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees, along with graduate & undergraduate certificates, this academic year.
This year’s graduates represent the broad interdisciplinary strengths of the Muskie School across public health, policy, planning & management, geography-anthropology, tourism and hospitality, and public policy & education leadership. Through their studies, research, internships, field experiences, and community engagement, these students have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving communities in Maine and beyond.
The School recently gathered with students, faculty, staff, family, and friends to celebrate its annual awards and graduation event, recognizing not only the achievements of graduating students but also those receiving Best Student Awards and Outstanding Capstone Awards for exceptional academic performance, leadership, scholarship, and applied public service work.
