President Edmondson writes an Op-Ed “We can’t give up on reading — or its role in our democracy”

President Edmondson, a literacy educator, recently published an Op-Ed in the Portland Press Herald on the importance of reading in today’s world and highlights our Literacy, Language, and Culture faculty’s efforts to support teacher learning and the development of confident, curious, lifelong readers across our state.
