University of Southern Maine’s Promise Scholarship Builds New Partnership with the Rural Futures Fund’s Aspirations Incubator
A new scholarship resulting from a partnership between the Promise Scholarship program and the Aspirations Incubator will cover 100% of eligible students’ financial needs regarding tuition, fees, and on-campus living expenses.
