Our Portland Commons residence hall will house undergraduate students, graduate students from across the University of Maine System, and Maine Law students. Built to Passive House standards, the new hall will use less than half the energy of traditional buildings and offer a consistent supply of fresh air. The first floor features a semi-private courtyard, study/meeting rooms, a common gathering space with a shared kitchen, and indoor bike storage.
