Events at the Center

The KCC’83CBA offers events and workshops, including the annual Book Arts Bazaar, for celebrating the innovative and engaging nature of book arts.

Summer Book Arts

Spend 2-weeks studying Book Arts in Portland, Maine. Participants work with USM faculty and visiting artists, learning a variety of techniques specific to book arts.

Book Arts Workshops

The KCC’83CBA offers a range of dynamic and engaging book arts workshops open to all individuals and skill levels. A different workshop is offered in the Fall & Spring.

Pope-Cheney Art Studio

The Pope-Cheney Art Studio at the University of Southern Maine’s Wishcamper Center hosts ongoing exhibitions of artists books highlighting the diverse voices within the Book Arts community.

Scholarship Honors Esteemed USM Associate Professor and Book Artist, Rebecca Goodale

The Rebecca Goodale Book Arts Scholarship provides financial support for a student majoring in the visual arts, with preference given to a declared Book Arts minor.
