Lisa A. Morris is a researcher at the Center for Education Policy, Applied Research and Evaluation and a member of the teaching faculty at the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. Her research is in the area of labor, welfare, poverty, and economic development and she teaches graduate courses in economics, statistics, and public policy analysis. She earned her PhD in public policy analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s degree in urban planning and public policy from Rutgers University.
