Through her leadership with the PRPIL program and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Rosa has supported more than 250 educators in securing their initial licensure, ensuring compliance with state standards and expanding equitable access to the teaching profession.

Rosa is currently completing her Doctor of Education and is writing her dissertation on a comparative study of traditional coursework versus apprenticeship-based programs for adult learners. Her work has been recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the College Board for multiple years of exceptional AP performance, and she was featured as a cover story in Worcester Magazine for her classroom poetry initiatives.

In addition to her professional work in education, Rosa is beginning the process of writing her first novel, blending her passion for storytelling with her lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and creative expression.
