Penny Belanger

Patrol Officer Penny Belanger has been with USM PD since 2001. Officer Belanger has over 25 years of law enforcement experience and is a graduate of SMCC. Officer Belanger has worked for “a lot of different places” and enjoys attending any and all events here at USM.

Officer Belanger is a designated Civil Rights Officer by the Attorney General’s office.
