The Osher Map Library and Smith Center for Cartographic Education is open to the campus community and the general public for cartographic research or general drop-in visits to view our gallery exhibitions and reference collections.
Our Collections
Our extensive cartographic collections contain original maps, atlases, globes, books, and scientific instruments, dating from 1475 to the present. Visit oshermaps.org to view our collections online.
Events and Exhibitions

K-12 Education
Our dynamic educational outreach staff and student interns prepare and offer a variety of educational experiences and materials for K-12 groups. Request in-person field trips, download activity kits, and explore our remote teaching options.
