The objective of this course is to expose students to the dimensions of e-commerce from both the consumers and the retailers' sides. Internet has impacted not only the way consumers shop but also the way retailers present products and services to them (consumers) in online setting. Though online platform is a widely used shopping medium, many retailers introduce new creative techniques to online shopping in order to in competitive advantage.
