Women’s Power Hour
The women’s only fitness hour will focus on circuit training to increase muscular strength, bone density, core stability, balance and mobility. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Waiver required.

Functional Fitness Fridays
This circuit-style fitness class is designed to build strength, improve balance, increase agility, and enhance mobility—all in one dynamic workout. Each session combines strength training, coordination drills, and mobility-focused movements to help you move better and feel stronger. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided for every exercise.

Online Yoga Classes
Our online Yoga classes are on Zoom with your instructor, Abdi. This hour-long session will attempt to achieve harmony between the body, mind and soul. The primary objectives include: physical health and well-being, mental clarity and focus, spiritual growth and enlightenment, and increased self-awareness and compassion.
