Mindful Yoga

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Women’s Power Hour

The women’s only fitness hour will focus on circuit training to increase muscular strength and endurance, core strength and stability, balance and mobility. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Waiver required.

13 Stars Yoga (ZOOM)

All are welcome to join our Monday morning yoga session, led by a certified instructor well-versed in Traditional Vinyasa Yoga and Holistic Yoga Flow sequencing. What could be better than beginning our week or day by harmonizing our breath and body movements? It serves as an avenue for self-care, fostering community connections, and broadening our perspectives.
