We encourage all students to submit their research to Digital Commons, a web-based, open-access repository managed by USM Libraries. Because this platform is fully indexed by Google and Google Scholar, your project gains a global audience and a permanent, professional home online.
Why should you upload your work?
- Professional Edge: Receive a permanent URL to include on your resume, CV, or e-portfolio for graduate schools and employers.
- Global Reach: Join the most popular collection at USM and gain public exposure for your research.
- Lasting Legacy: Your work is digitally archived and serves as a vital example for future generations of students.
How do I use Digital Commons?
- Digital Commons: How to Submit Presentations (PDF instructions) Abstract, recording, presentation slide deck, and all supporting documentation can be uploaded into Digital Commons.
- Upload to Thinking Matters under Author Corner: Submit Presentation.
- Presentations will be reviewed and submitted for publication after the event.
