-FMI: Visitors, Event Parking, & Mobile Payment – Parking Services
If you are not able to pick up your poster ahead of time, they will be available at the Abromson Center on the morning of the event
Table easels will be provided for displaying posters
AV for Oral sessions will be provided in each room
Plan to arrive a little before your scheduled time so IT can help you set up your presentation
