- Oral presentation length should be 15-20 minutes, including time for questions.
- A PowerPoint or Google Slide deck is recommended to accompany your oral presentation.
- Small groups (4-5 students) will be assigned a time and a room where they will take turns presenting.
- Arrive a few minutes early to load your presentation on the computer (provided in each room). Allow extra time if you prefer to use your own computer.
- Each room will have a session moderator to keep time and facilitate Q & A.
