Podcast Presentation Details
Full Instructions Arriving: Monday, March 16th
While we finalize the presentation schedule, students should begin preparing for an interactive round-table format. Unlike a traditional stage presentation, the Podcast Showcase will function similarly to a poster session.
What to Prepare:
- Final Audio File: Ensure your podcast is exported in a standard format (MP3 or WAV) or uploaded to Digital Commons.
- The “Elevator Pitch”: Be ready to provide a 30-second summary of your research to visitors.
- Visual Aid: Consider bringing a small table-top sign or a 1-page handout with your podcast title, QR code, and key references.
