• As an interdisciplinary program, WGS exposed me to many different ways of thinking about and studying the world, while centering on questions of justice, equity, and power. I loved that I didn’t have to choose between literature, art, history, philosophy, or social science, but that I could use all of these tools to better understand gendered, classed, and racialized violence in our society, and what we can do to address it. WGS is a hub for feminist thought and community.
