Peer Career Guides (PCGs) are USM students trained to guide fellow students in specific career-related activities. PCGs support students with resume and cover letter development through 1-on-1 conversations. They seek to recognize and enhance students’ strengths. In addition, PCGs help students access additional resources provided by the Career & Employment Hub.

Service-learning and volunteerism create opportunities in and outside of the classroom by building an engaged campus through service working with local, national, and international organizations to address community-identified needs.
