Our Gallery is located on the Gorham campus of the University of Southern Maine. We are located immediately on the right as you enter the campus from College avenue. Please refer to this map of the USM Gorham campus for our exact location.
Yes, we have a dedicated parking space for Gallery visitors in the G4 Lot of our Gorham campus. The lot is located in front of Bailey Hall, and is on your left as you turn onto the campus from College Ave. We recommend referring to this campus map. The spot is marked with a sign that reads “For Art Gallery Visitors.”
Yes, we do! We have a robust roster of exhibitions featuring local and international artists. We recommend checking our Exhibitions page to see what is currently on, and a roster of past shows.
If you are a graduating BFA student, or BA in Art Education student, you will have a capstone exhibition at the Gallery as part of your program.
If you are a student across any of USM’s other majors, we recommend applying to the annual Juried Student Exhibition. Please refer to our Exhibitions page for details on this year’s show and drop-off window.
Finally, we always welcome Exhibition proposals. Please send a PDF of your work along with a brief paragraph of your proposal to usmartgalleries at maine dot edu.
