Professor Bruce MacLeod, Department of Computer Science, discussed “Appropriate software technology for longitudinal health research studies” in Accra, Ghana. This talk was part of a conference focused on developing a consortium of health research centers to provide a platform for multi-site clinical trials and interventions. Professor MacLeod was also awarded for his software innovations and long-standing support of African health research.
