Stonecoast MFA is proud to be associated with the independent, student-run literary magazine Stonecoast Review.
There’s no better introduction to the publishing sphere than working on a small magazine. From reading the slush pile and editorial meetings, to layout design and managing accounts payable, there is no better introduction to the world of publishing than working on a small magazine.
That Stonecoast Review happens to be the product of a student’s third semester project only reinforces the sort of ambitious students the program attracts and the flexibility of the curriculum.
Current students are invited to read for the magazine. As they move through the program, students ascend the masthead and assume greater responsibilities.
