Promise Scholars Emergency Fund
Hidden costs and even modest unexpected financial hurdles can derail a college student without a financial safety net. The Promise Scholars Emergency Fund was established in 2019 to provide one-time emergency grants to Promise Scholars who face unforeseen financial crises. Actively enrolled Promise Scholars may request funds for an emergency situation, or for unanticipated and compelling circumstances that jeopardize a student’s ability to successfully continue in school. Each request is reviewed by the Director of the Promise Scholarship Program in consultation with the Dean of Students.
