Our paper application is typically available in the student counseling offices at these target high schools between the months of November and April. If you are unable to locate a copy, please complete the online application or email triousm@maine.edu.

These forms are only needed if specifically requested by your Upward Bound Advisor. If you haven’t spoken to your advisor regarding these, there is no need to fill anything out. If you do not see the link you need, please email triousm@maine.edu.
