The University of Southern Maine TRIO Upward Bound paper application is typically available in the student counseling offices at Biddeford, Massabesic, Poland Regional, Sanford, and Westbrook high schools between the months of November and April. If you are unable to locate a copy, please complete the TRIO Upward Bound Interest/Referral Form below, and we will help you with the application process.

The Interest/Referral form can be used by students and families to let us know a student is interested in applying to TRIO Upward Bound at USM. It’s also a way for community members to recommend a student to us. After we receive the form, we will reach out to the student to answer questions about Upward Bound and help them complete a paper application.

These forms are only needed if specifically requested by your Upward Bound Advisor. If you haven’t spoken to your advisor regarding these, there is no need to fill anything out.
