In-depth fieldwork
Your capstone experience includes a three-semester internship. Through on-site fieldwork under the guidance of a school principal, you’ll be immersed in the daily functions of a school administrator. Along with additional research and leadership projects, you will complete the required 240 fieldwork hours for the state of Maine. Other states may require additional hours for certification.
