When you host your event at USM, you are provided with the tools and technology you need to seamlessly execute a fully in-person or hybrid event. Our campus is equipped with a high-speed wireless network available in all conference spaces, and in partnership with our IT and Media Services Department we can produce simple Zoom meetings with your remote colleagues or live-streamed events to your virtual attendees with fully integrated accessibility features.

If crowd control and security are a concern for your group we can arrange for police officers to ensure the safety and comfort of your event. Please note: Events serving alcohol are required to have security.
