Parking Services Office Location: Portland Parking Garage lobby (level 1 of the garage), 88 Bedford Street, Portland, Maine. SUMMER HOURS: 9AM TO 5:30PM. Monday to Friday
Portland Parking Garage Hours: Open 24 hours, every day of the week, every day of the year. No holiday or weekend closures. Permit or mobile payment required.
