Gender Inclusive housing is available.
Every room and suite has Wifi and streaming Apogee tv service. Every single and double room comes with a closet, desk and chair, dresser, and regular twin size bed for each occupant, and a Microfridge. Double and single rooms are clustered in wings, and surround a central block of three single-user bathrooms. All windows have mini-blinds for privacy.
Suites also include a common living area and a bathroom shared by the suite residents. Common living areas contain a countertop, sink, under counter cabinets, two microfridges, and a couch. Suite residents are responsible for cleaning their own suite bathroom and other rooms within the suite.

Philippi Hall was built in 2001 and is the second newest of our residence halls. It is named after Dr. Harlan Philippi, the first Dean of Lewiston-Auburn College.
