LAC Café

Those visiting or taking courses at the Lewiston-Auburn campus can eat at the LAC Café — there are scan-and-go food and beverage options as well as vending machines, and you are also welcome to bring your own lunch, with a microwave available.
Who can use: The center is free to use for anyone visiting the building.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Location: Room 148. Additional vending machines located in the South Lounge near room 103.
Payments accepted: All major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Dining Dollars, and Husky Bucks.
USM student services

If you are taking courses at the University of Southern Maine (USM) at our Gorham or Portland campuses, or online, but live or are passing through the Lewiston-Auburn area — we can offer you the following student services:
- Student account payments (Please note: credit cards not accepted at this location)
- Transcript services
- ID card printing
- Financial aid advising
- Distribution of monthly free bus pass for the Lewiston-Auburn Citylink bus line stops on campus for USM Lewiston-Auburn students
- General information related to the building’s resources and USM
Who can use: USM students (and alumni for transcript services) from any campus or online.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. (due to limited staff ability, we recommend that you call ahead to ensure staff availability at 207-753-6536)
Location: Room 119 (additionally, there is a PHIL station for topping up your USM student card just before room 118, on the right side of the corridor).
Fitness Center

The Lewiston-Auburn campus has a small fitness center on site that includes a treadmill, stationary bike, and yoga/stretching equipment. To access the center, you must first fill out a form at the USM Student Success Center in the administration office (Room 119). Once you are a regular user of the room, check in with that office for access to the Fitness Center.
Who can use: The center is free to use for all current students of USM (attending courses at our other campuses or online), staff, and faculty; as well as UMA current students attending classes at the Lewiston-Auburn campus.
Hours: 8:15 AM — 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Study Spaces

The Lewiston-Auburn campus has several study space resources available for student use, including computer labs, copy machines and printers, and Zoom rooms with whiteboards and screens. All study space resources are first come, first serve.
Who can use: The center is free to use for all current USM students (attending courses at our other campuses or online), and alumni, as well as current UMA students attending classes at the Lewiston-Auburn campus.
Hours:
Monday — Thursday 8:30 am – 6:00pm
Friday 8:30 am – 5:00pm
Saturday/Sunday closed
