MaineStreet uses pop-up technology to open a new browser window containing the results of a specific action (such as clicking on a link or a button in your student center or requesting reports). By default, your browser may consider this an unwanted pop-up and automatically block it. Generally, you would want to leave the pop-up blocker enabled and make an exception for the MaineStreet website.
Making an exception may not be an option with some browsers. In this case, you will need to remember to turn the pop-up blocker back on when you have finished your task.
