USM accepts Cambridge exams with the following scores for credit:
- Advanced Subsidiary (AS-level) exams passed with an “e” or higher
- Advanced (A-level) exams passed with an “E” or higher

ORDERING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS FROM CAMBRIDGE
Domestic students who have taken AS or A-level exams in the United States must have their official Cambridge transcripts sent directly to University of Southern Maine.
International students who have taken AS or A – level exams outside of the United States can send their score reports directly to priorlearningusm@maine.edu. Students will be asked to provide their test center and candidate ID numbers if these do not appear on their score report. CPL staff will then verify the scores with Cambridge AICE.
You will receive confirmation at your maine.edu email from the CPL office if AICE credit is posted to your transcript.
