School of Social Work Student Creative Showcase

This spring, the University of Southern Maine School of Social Work will be hosting a creative showcase featuring submissions from students, faculty, and staff from within the School of Social Work.

We invite all students to submit work to be considered for inclusion in the exhibit. The title of the event is “Creative Social Work”. We are looking for images, music, artwork, poetry, class assignments, spoken word or any original work that speaks to the many ways that creativity sustains and informs us as social workers and students.

Artwork Submission Deadline: Friday, January 12th, 2024

Theme: Creative Social Work

Medium: Any! Please consider submitting visual class assignments for consideration as well!

Notification: You will be notified in early spring if your artwork has been selected for the showcase.

Reception: The original artwork will be displayed at the School of Social Work student art exhibit on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
